Currently, Will Johnstone designs and engineers distributed information management and communication software for OCICU, a consortium of more than 70 online colleges and universities, managed by New Ventures of Regis University, providing online university level undergraduate and graduate courses.

Previously, Will developed the online content management systems for the hundred+ content managers for the several public websites for Regis University.

Will specializes in original software engineering in ASP, from information gathering through analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, enhancement and support.
